Terms and Conditions for Membership, Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information

Chapter 1 General Provisions]

Article 1 Purpose 
The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe basic matters concerning the use and procedures of membership services (hereinafter referred to as "services") between JOENUYD VALVE (hereinafter referred to as "company") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "members").

Article 2 Effect and modification of Terms and Conditions
① These terms and conditions take effect by posting them on the company's website (http://jyvalve.co.kr/english/) and notifying the members. 
② The company may change these terms and conditions if a reasonable reason arises, and if the terms and conditions are changed, it shall be notified in the same manner as in paragraph (1).

Application of Article 3 Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions shall apply to the use of the company's website by members, and matters not specified in the terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the relevant statutes.

[Chapter 2] [Members]

Article 4 Membership 
① Membership is limited to domestic residents.
② Members are limited to individual members, and members of a company, organization, or corporation cannot join.
③ The age of a member shall be at least 13 years of age (over middle school students).
④ Violation of the terms and conditions or false entry of the application may result in loss of membership.
⑤ A person who has lost his/her qualification pursuant to paragraph (4) shall apply for re-entry in order to acquire membership again.

Article 5 Membership Privileges
Members' perks include a bulletin board service exclusively for members.

[Chapter 3 Contracts]

Article 6 Establishment of a contract for use 
The service contract is established with the company's consent to the user's application for service use and the user's consent to the terms and conditions.
